Hi everyone!  We are hoping to get your support for a recent initiative which we have rolled out.  We create custom printed Window Scenes to help create better views.  Recently, we donated a scene to a soldier in Afghanistan who wanted to create a better environment in his office on base.  It made us realize that we could help soldiers create a little better environment to make them feel more at home in a war zone.

We recently distributed the following press release hoping to garner support for our initiative.  If you can help spread the word, we would be forever grateful!  Thanks and we look forward to bringing a touch of home to our troops overseas!

Thank you for your dedication and service.

    Best regards,
    Ryan

Donating Scenes of Home to Troops Overseas

Tampa, Fla. (Oct. 04, 2011) – A Tampa-based company wants to change the scene for troops overseas! Many troops live and work in areas that are far from home and often not visually appealing. Create My Scene wants to send these troops windows filled with a piece of home – be it colorful leaves, a glistening body of water or a picture of their own children playing in the backyard.

“The thought of providing troops with Window Scenes never occurred to us until we received a call from Lieutenant Colonel Brain Bailey,” said Robert Leesman, Create My Scene CEO. Bailey called Create My Scene to order Window Scenes for his office in Afghanistan, because he was tired of staring out the window at concrete buildings and tents. “We suddenly realized we have a product that could lift the spirits of our troops and decided to enlist the community for help,” said Leesman.

With the help of the community, Create My Scene hopes bring a little piece of home to our brave men and women. Window Scenes from Create My Scene provide realistic views that apply directly to the window. Instead of staring out into the gloom of war, troops can now enjoy a scene of their choosing. Create My Scene will donate 25 percent of all purchases from October 4 to November 16, 2011, toward Window Scenes for the men and women of our armed forces!

Visit www.CreateMyScene.com to view the entire scene collection (or upload your own scene) and order online. Use the promo code “Troops” at checkout to contribute toward a Window Scene for an active soldier.
