    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·        Conducts organizational level training for system end users to enable them to set up, operate and maintain their specific systems and applications.


    ·        Experience in the following subject/systems is desired:  ISNS, ADNS, GCCS-M, NTCSS, EKMS, CT3/DMD, DMS, E2E, Extremely High Frequency (EHF), Super High Frequency (SHF), Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Systems, High Frequency (HF) and UHF Terrestrial Communications Systems, SATCOM and Terrestrial Communications Support systems, and Information and Communications Manager Course (ICMC).


    ·        Analyzes training effectiveness through written and performance evaluations and provides feedback to curriculum developers for continuous process improvement.


    ·        Assists curriculum developers in course development, providing accurate and timely technical content for the specific course content.


    ·        Provides feedback to Hardware and Software designers and developers in regards to anomalies encountered during training, end user concerns and system compatibilities.


    ·        Supports end users of a specific system with problems encountered on that system through verbal and written correspondence and site visits as required.


    ·        Recommends modifications to systems based on observance of real time system operations, environmental concerns and interaction with other systems.

    ·        Capable of working well alone or as a team member.

    ·        Minimal travel may be required with this position.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    ·        Clearance:  Minimum of Secret or must be attained when required.


    DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    ·        5+ years of instruction delivery of two or more of the subject following:  ISNS, ADNS, GCCS-M, NTCSS, EKMS, CT3/DMD, DMS, E2E, Extremely High Frequency (EHF), Super High Frequency (SHF), Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Systems, High Frequency (HF) and UHF Terrestrial Communications Systems, SATCOM and Terrestrial Communications Support Systems, and Information and Communications Manager Course (ICMC).


    ·        5+ years experience with  Department of Navy training for the Center for Information Dominance (CID) to meet fleet needs.

    ·        Master Trainer Certification.
