    Employee will provide day-to-day security oversight of a Special
    Access Program (SAP) and provide support as Assistant Facility

    Subject Matter Expert/Training Needs Assessor

    Subject Matter Expert/Training Needs Assessor
    The Human Terrain Assessment Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the
    National Geospatial Intelligence College (NGC) is a team member with
    specialized skills and in-depth knowledge in the HTA discipline.  The
    SME supports design, development, implementation and evaluation of
    training and education using this specialized expertise; contributes
    to the execution of project task plans; and assesses the implications
    of trends, policies and methodologies on future HTA training.
    Activities are conducted in support of the NGC and project team's
    objectives and will take up about half or more of the positions time.
    In addition to supporting the development of curriculum, this
    position will also conduct forward-looking training needs assessment
    (TNA) of each upcoming HTA course as the other half of the role.
    This will include working with other  SME's, evaluating existing
    course mat erial that may be reusable, commercial courses available,
    etc.  The SME also works closely with managers, senior specialists
    and other members of the HTA Special Project Team.
    Specific duties may include:
    - Establish effective relationships with the NGA / NGC customer.
    - Conduct training task analysis, HTA training course design and
    development, instructional simulations/scenarios development, course
    implementation, and course evaluations the HTA curriculum.

    - Work with the training development team to determine the best
    approach for specific training requirements.

    - Collect and analyze information using appropriate techniques to
    review requirements for each course, identify stakeholders and
    resources; and convey this information to the curriculum development
    team as they prepare to undertake each course.

    - Provide in depth subject matter expertise to creatively develop the
    best possible HTA curriculum.

    - Occasional supervisory responsibilities may be required.

    Work will be performed primarily at NGA/NGC locations in Fort
    Belvoir, VA and may require some local travel.
    Individual must be a U.S. citizen and hold a current TS/SCI level
    security clearance.  Final authority for approval to brief rests with
    the NGA.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelors degree in geography/sociology or field relatable to Human

    Job Summary:
    Management of the installation and operation of Wheels maintenance

    This position will support the Army Prepositioned Stocks (APS3)
    program located in Goose Creek, SC.

    This Deputy Program Manager will assist the Program Manager in his
    duties as directed.  In the non-availability of the Program Manager,
    the DPM will act as the single overall manager and point of contact
    for all contractor operations and management functions. As the first
    in succession to the Program Manager the DPM is responsible for
    managing a material maintenance and supply operation facility at the
    Naval Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC. Manages this facility  as an
    equipment service and maintenance hub for Army Prepositioned Stocks
    (APS) stored on maritime vessels, to include but not limited to,
    Large Medium Speed Roll-on/Roll-off ship (LMSR) and sustainment
    Supply Support Activity (SSA) container ships, returning from the
    Army Area of Responsibility (AOR) missions and other sources.
    Provide system support (AWRDS) to ship's ammunition operations.
    Manages the ship download to upload, obligatory service and
    maintenance of the various types of equipment as well as supply
    activities associated with container ships within the number of days
    specified. Manages accountability, repair, rebuilding, reconfiguring
    and preserving and repacking equipment, equipment sets, material
    supplies and special sets kits and outfits (SKO) for long term

    serviceability, availability and readiness. Manages a Contractor

    Basic Qualifications :
    Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Production Management,
    Operations Management, or Business Management or related Engineering
    Field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
    Electrical Engineering). 10 years of experience in a related field
    with 7 years being in a management or supervisory capacity.
    Applicable specialized military experience can be used in lieu of
    formal post high-school education on a one year for one year basis.
    Complete a Technical School (e.g., Military Maintenance Officer's

    School) related to at least one of the functional of the APS3
    program.
    Secret clearance required.
