    Job Qualifications Bacholers in engineering, systems engineer, or

    and DoD logistics, preferably space and/or launch logistics. Must have
    knowledge of Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Manufacturing Sources and
    Material Shortages (DMSMS) standards. Experience with Air Force Space &

    Functional Responsibilities:

    The Red Team Analyst provides a strategic approach that shall provoke
    thought and offer alternative viewpoints on a full range of
    operational and analytical issues for a high op-tempo Red Team
    focused on defeating the improvised explosive device (IED) threat by
    continually performing near and long term (6 to 24 months) analysis
    and counter analysis that assesses likely adversary innovations in
    their operational Tactic, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP's),
    develops countermeasures, and war games and assesses the
    effectiveness of those countermeasures.  The analyst performs duties
    as a Red Team analyst studying topics of interest to the Combatant
    Commanders, Operational Commanders, Director, Joint IED Defeat
    Organization, the Joint Staff and other DOD organizations. The
    analysts selected to fill these positions will possess and utilize
    and demonstrate proficiency in a wide cross-section of languages in
    support of current operations and the global mission assigned to the
    Red Team.

    Conduct All-Source Research and Analysis: Analyst performs research
    and analysis of all-source data derived from, but not limited to,
    multiple and specialized databases and prepares issue papers and
    recommendations based on analysis. Analyst conducts research and
    analysis of insurgency, terrorism, counter-terrorism, conventional
    and unconventional warfare operations, information operations, and
    asymmetric warfare trends to support all-source threat
    characterizations and vulnerability assessments. By extrapolating and
    fusing data from multiple sources, the analyst shall provide original
    analysis from an enemy, or "Red" perspective which characterizes all
    aspects of an enemy's diplomatic, information, military and economic
    factors. Analyst prepares input for inclusion in scheduled or on
    demand Red Team products supporting emulative analysis and
    task/concept analysis. The analyst shall brief research and findings.
    Findings will inform military decision-makers with regard to
    counter-IED initiatives. Analyst may be required to represent the Red
    Team at appropriate meetings, working groups, conferences, and
    symposiums.

    Conduct Emulative Analysis: Analysts participate in teams dedicated
    to accomplishing emulative analysis of potential IED threats and
    adversaries. Finished products shall be presented to JIEDDO staff and
    flag officers. While employing this emerging analytical technique,
    the analyst uses initiative and resourcefulness in deviating from
    traditional analysis methods and established policies or criteria to
    develop new analytic methods to ensure satisfaction of JIEDDO's
    unique mission requirements. The analyst stays informed of military,
    political, economical, technical and other developments in order to
    perform directed analysis and related research by correlating data
    from multiple sources. The emulative analysis technique will be
    applied to adversarial groups operating under state and non-state
    sponsorships and includes military, political, economic, conventional
    operations, information operations, asymmetric warfare and cultural
    factors. Analyst shall be prepared to act as a project leader for
    these groups as directed by the Red Team Chief, Red Team Deputy or
    Senior Red Team Analyst.

    Conduct Concept Analysis:  Analyst participates in teams dedicated to
    accomplishing concept analysis of selected material and non-material
    initiatives. These teams identify faulty assumptions, dependencies,
    centers of gravity and potential second and third order effects
    resident in these initiatives. Finished products shall be presented
    to JIEDDO staff and flag officers.

    Possible positions to be forward deployed into Austere International
    Locations.

    Required Experience

    •         University of Foreign Military and Cultural Studies (Red
    Team University) graduate with current experience.

    •         Prior experience should highlight written and oral English
    skills; ability to work as part of a team on critical projects.
    Capable of providing accurate and timely staff products.

    •         Must be willing to travel or deploy in conjunction with
    training and duties for up to 6 months.

    •         Language proficiency: Must be proficient in one of these
    required languages: Arabic, French, Turkish, Spanish; Asian languages
    including Tagalog, Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean desired.
    NOTE: This requirement is across the team - not all members need to

    A.  Process Engineer
    Responsibilities: Applies process improvement and engineering

    workflows, organization, and planning, and develops appropriate
    corrective action. Assist in the
    development, maintenance of Enterprise architecture and requirements
    relating to software. Provides high-level software engineering
    support for establishing requirements and developing or selecting

    support contract tasks. Additional duties in support of the Data
    Modeling effort include: Defines, develops, and supports enterprise

    standard metadata model and format. Establishes software requirements
    and provides software engineering support for the infrastructure
    needed to support data modeling under this contract, including the
    selection and evaluation of tools. Ensures that any developed or
    selected software components are compatible and in compliance with
    applicable Enterprise standards.
    Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree in computer
    science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline
    is desired. A Senior Software Engineer should have at least ten years
    in a technical leadership role in leading software intensive projects
    and programs for Government or Industry customers. Individuals in
    this position should have at least five years experience as a
    Software Engineer supporting software architecture development,
    requirements analysis, process execution and
    evaluation, selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools, and
    integration (with both new and legacy systems A Master’s Degree may
    substitute for two years of experience.

    K.  System/Network Administrator
    Responsibilities: Install/load/configure operating system and
    application software. Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance.

    Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science,

    technical writer should have at least five (5) years of experience

    presentation, spreadsheet, and database software is desired. A

    N.  Senior Configuration Management Task Lead
    Responsibilities: Oversees CM process development, implementation and
    improvement and be knowledgeable of Configuration Identification
    Processes including establishing Functional, Allocated and Product
    Baselines; Configuration Control; Configuration Status Accounting;
    and Physical Configuration Audits. Provides management over change
    order processing for the life of a system, equipment, hardware,
    documentation, and software item from the conception phase through
    development, delivery, and life cycle support.
    Qualifications: Senior positions are expected to be experts in their
    own fields, and knowledgeable about other related areas. This
    individual should possess seven or more years experience in
    configuration management (CM) or related field. In addition, the
    individual should possess an overall ability to operate in multiple
    roles within the generation and management of CM tasks. Should have
    advanced experience in developing, documenting, and executing a
    configuration management and change control program, to include
    writing, tracking, and documenting requirements to support government
    initiatives. Depending on the TTO, personnel assigned to this
    category may
    be expected to have experience with the IBM Rational Suite of
    Configuration
    Management tools – ClearCase and ClearQuest. A basic knowledge of
    MultiSite
    and the configuration management portion of Sybase PowerDesigner are
    desirable.Additional Qualifications Desired: Experience or training
    in the

    Information Operations Planner (NoVa & Tampa) (TS/SCI)

    I have a client that has a requirement for Information Operations
    Planners in the Northern Virginia area and also in Tampa, Fla.
    Information Operations Planner
    We are seeking Information Operations Planners to join our team in
    Northern Virginia and in Tampa, Fla. The IO Planner must have an
    active DoD Top Secret/SCI Clearance (Required). The IO Planner must
    be able to deploy to a hostile environment for four (4) to six (6)
    months every year to provide analytical support to the client.
    Information Operations Planners will plan and coordinate DOD client
    efforts. Interface with Combatant Commands, Services, joint
    organizations, and Other Government Agencies to integrate information
    operations capabilities.
    SME must be able to deploy for short periods of time to develop
    proposed Tactics, Techniques, & Procedures (TTP) and technology
    solutions to counter capability and training gaps.
    Specific Duties and Responsibilities: We are searching for
    self-motivated people with significant experience to provide IO
    related planning and coordination support to a U.S. Government client.
    Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the analysis and
    assessment of information and intelligence related to IO, the
    development and assessment of operational and tactical-level IO plans
    and orders, and the review and analysis of operational-level
    IO-related directives and initiatives.
    Specific skill sets that are being sought include: Electronic Warfare
    (EW), Operational Security (OPSEC), Military Deception (MILDEC),
    Computer Network Operations (CNO), and Psychological Operations
    (PSYOP).
    Experience (Desired Skill Sets): must have experience in an IO core
    capability or have completed Joint IO Planners Course; deployed
    military experience in a recent theater of operations (OEF, OIF) is
    preferred; ability to operate with minimal guidance and supervision.
    The IO SME must maintain close contact with commercial and academic
    developments due to the rapid changes in technology. Use independent
    judgment to develop ways to obtain information on, and evaluate the
    significance of, technical advancements in information, automation
    and data management activities involving analysis in an IO area where
    technology is changing rapidly and extensive uniqueness in IO
    practices and requirements within Major Command (MACOM), Army,
    Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Security Agency (NSA),
    Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and interdependent
    activities is involved.
    With government oversight, responsible for planning, designing, and
    carrying out studies and other projects and assignments required for
    preparing analyses and recommendations.
    Education: Minimum Experience 9 years with Bachelor's 7 years with
    Master's 4 years with Ph.D.
